Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns & Damages: Return and Exchange Policy

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can email us or contact us on Instagram with a photo of leaked or damaged items. In such cases we either offer an exchange or a discount on your next purchase which beauty barn reserves the right to decide.

If you have received a wrong product other than your order, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 2 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email or Instagram within 2 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels, and barcodes intact within 15 days.

The free gift will be offered based on the actual total payment (excluded shipping fee, Tax). Basically, one gift per order number is given. In some cases, several items are given per each item purchased. (Please refer to the details before purchasing.)

Gifts are limited to sales products and may be used up early. When returning, you must also return the gift. Gifts will be provided to members only eligible for the gift. If the gifts are Temporarily out of stock, the event may be terminated without notice. You can check the exact gift details in ‘Order Details’ after ordering.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to stock availability. In case a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.

All Beauty Barn policies are subject to change without further notice. Beauty Barn reserves the right to make the final decisions in all matters.
